All Star Fusion offers classes in multiple cheer-related disciplines for every age and all skill levels. We provide a fun and challenging atmosphere where each athlete can reach their personal best!
STRETCH: Flexibility (45 minutes)
Monday: 5:15-6:00 PM
For ages 6 & up. Max 12 participants per instructor. Proper stretch technique will be taught and developed. Athletes will work on front & back flexibility with instructor assistance. The primary goals of the class will be to improve jumps, flying technique, and to break bad stretching habits.
STUNT: Flight School (60 minutes)
Wednesday: 5:00-6:00 PM (ages 5-10)
Wednesday: 6:00-7:00 PM (ages 11-18)
For ages 6 & up. Max 5 participants per instructor. This is a one-man partner stunting class for anyone interested in flying at the collegiate level, or for anyone who just wants to improve their flying technique. Our expert stunting instructor has had many years of experience partner stunting at the collegiate & NFL levels. Skills taught: single & double twisting cradle techniques, extended one-leg positions, and partner-stunting transitions.
TODDLER: FUN-damentals (45 minutes)

Specially designed for ages 1.5-3. Max 5 participants per instructor. This is a fun-filled and educational experience for toddlers and their parents. Children will learn body positions, basic tumbling skills, math & early literacy concepts. The class is filled with movement, music, cooperation and fun. Our wonderful instructor is an early childhood development specialist who has been working with toddlers & pre-schoolers for many years. Toddler must be walking to participate!
TUMBLE: Tiny (45 minutes)
Thursday: 5:00-5:45 PM
Specially designed for ages 3-5. Max 5 participants per instructor. They will learn motor skills and body awareness. Through structure, repetition, and positive reinforcement, Tiny Tumblers will develop confidence and strong FUN-damentals. Our amazing instructor knows how to make the little ones feel comfortable and right at home with her fun, gentle, and structured approach. Skills taught: forward roll, bridge, handstand, cartwheel, round-off, back-bend, & back-walkover.
TUMBLE: Handspring (60 minutes)
Monday: 6:00-7:00 PM
Tuesday: 5:30-6:30 PM
For ages 6 & up. Max 8 participants per instructor. This class is for beginner-level tumblers who cannot yet do a back-handspring. All drills and exercises are geared toward back-handspring preparation. Each athlete will be safely hand-spotted by qualified instructors who know how to develop the trust & confidence required to perform a back-handspring. Skills taught: handstand, round-off, back-walkover, standing back-handspring, & round-off back-handspring.
TUMBLE: Level 3/4/5 (60 minutes)
Monday: 6:00-7:00 PM
Thursday: 5:00-6:00 PM
For ages 6 & up. Max 8 participants per instructor. This class is for intermediate to advanced-level tumblers who can already do a back-handspring on the floor. Skills taught: handspring series, round-off tuck, standing tuck, front tuck, layout, full, double, & specialty passes. A round-off back-handspring rebound on the floor is REQUIRED to be in this class.
TUMBLE: All-Levels (60 minutes)
Wednesday: 5:00-6:00 PM
For ages 6 & up. Max 8 participants per instructor. This class is for any level tumblers who can already. Athletes can bring friends who might not be as advanced to participate and still learn new skills. Skills taught: standing handspring, round-off handspring, round-off tuck, standing tuck, front tuck, layout, full, double, & specialty passes.
